He was predeceased by: his parents, Harley Neal and Margaret Neal. He is survived by: his brother James Neal (Barbara) of North Carolina; his nieces, Sandra Shipe (Bob) of Lewes, Susan Zwerling of Virginia, Lisa Lester (Ken) of Texas and Kate Guynn (Tony) of Texas; and his nephew Tim Neal (Colleen) of Texas. He is also survived by several great nieces, nephews, and cousins.
