Frederick Phillips Obituary
We are sad to announce that on November 12, 2021, at the age of 88, Frederick Phillips of Laurel, Delaware passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifton E. Phillips, Sr. and Margaret Brittingham Phillips; his wife Barbara J. Phillips; and his siblings, Clifton E. Phillips, Jr. and Barbara D. Melvin.
He is survived by: his children, Rick, Robin, Renee, Ben and Bart; and his brother Richard Phillips (Pete). He is also survived by eight grandchildren and thirteen great grandchildren.
