Lecates of Laurel, Delaware, born in Lewes, Delaware, who passed away on October 31, 2020, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Franklin LeCates and Kathryn Klatt LeCates. He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Ellen LeCates of Laurel; his son Robert LeCates of Tennessee; and his siblings, Donald J. LeCates (Nancy) of Bethel and Karen A. Towers (Monte) of Seaford. He is also survived by three grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
