He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Edward Chamberlain and Anna May Broaders; and his brothers, Joseph E. Chamberlain and Lawrence S. Chamberlain. He is survived by: his wife Cathy Chamberlain; his children, David B. Chamberlain, Jr. and Cathy L. O'Neil (Martin P. Jr.); his granddaughters, Shelby C. O'Neil-Ward and Kelsey N. O'Neil; his great grandchildren, Dominic J. Ward and Anthony J. Ward; and his sisters, Donna L. Krammer, Pamela S. Chamberlain-Messick and Joanne E. Chamberlain. He is also survived by his many nieces and nephews.
