It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charlene Layton (Laurel, Delaware), who passed away on July 7, 2021, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Dukes and Ethel Dukes; her brother Ivin Dukes; and her husband Donald Layton Sr.. She is survived by: her brother Clarence Dukes; her daughter Phyllis Spencer; her son-in-law Lance Spencer; her son Donald Layton Jr.; and her great grandchild Zayne Morris.
