She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert S. Lewis and Stella Mae Lewis. She is survived by: her husband Carlton Spicer II; her son Carlton Spicer III (Kristen); and her siblings, Albert Thomas Lewis of Lewes, Delaware, Carol Cook (Robert) of Lewes, Charlotte Clark (Robert) of Corpus Christi, Texas, Lillie Stivers (Tom) of Cresco and Lynn Rogers. She is also survived by Several nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Jude's Children's Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN or the Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals.
