She is survived by: her parents, Steve Cooper (Kim) of Laurel and Ambre Parsons of Salisbury, Maryland; her grandfathers, Herman Parsons (Charlotte) of Laurel Delaware and James "Jimmy" Cooper (Yvonne) of Laurel Delaware; her stepbrothers, Patrick Enger, Nathaniel Enger of Lincoln and Christopher Enger (Kayra) of Salisbury, Maryland; and her sister Roxy Chilly of Laurel. She is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and many close friends.
