He is survived by: his children, Norma Slade (Charlie) and Kenneth Miller Jr. (Pam); his grandchildren, Michael Tubbs, Amber Clark and Robert Miller; his great grandchildren, Colton Miller and Max Clark; and his brother Vernon Miller (Helen). He is also survived by his family and friends.
