He is survived by: his wife Lenora Stephens; his children, Douglas Stephens (Michelle), Karen Mast (Michael) and Cynthia Stephens; his grandchildren, Aaron Mast, Autumn Yencer and Tyler Voshell; his great grandchildren, Anthony J. Mast, Audrey J. Mast and Daxton Yencer; and his siblings, Francis Trusal, William Stephens and Dennis Stephens.
