She was predeceased by: her parents, William C. Watkins and Mable Etta Watkins; and her grandson Ronnie McBroom. She is survived by: her significant other Ronald Payton, Sr.; her children, Ronald Payton, Jr. (Valerie Watkins) of William, Payton (Don Vaughan) and Ronicca Payton; her grandchildren, Brooks Smith, McKenna Smarte, Christopher Phipps and Laura McBroom; and her great grandchildren, Levi McBroom, Clay Phipps, Maddie Phipps, Bliss Smith and Olleigh Satterfield.
The family requests donations be made to Thomas E. Melvin & Son Funeral Home Inc, 15522 S. DuPont Hwy, Harrington, DE to defray funeral costs, in place of flowers.
