She was predeceased by: her parent Roland Smith. She is survived by: her parent Phyllis Davis; her sisters, Deena Wood, Deborah Paquette and Sandra Hastings; her husband James Hollis; and her daughters, Pamela Moore and Michelle Phillips. She is also survived by six grandchildren, two great-grandchildren; four sisters, Sharon Collins (Vaughn) of Salisbury, Md., Brenda Hardy of Halethorpe, Md., Donna Jackson of Bridgeville and Deanna Thomas (Karl) of Hurlock, Md.; as well as numerous nieces and nephews.

They have requested that in lieu of flowers, contributions in Terry's memory be forwarded to Delaware Hospice, 100 Patriots Way, Milford, DE 19963.
