With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Ricky Foskey (Georgetown, Delaware), born in Salisbury, Maryland, who passed away on June 24, 2018 at the age of 59. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Ricky Foskey to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Virgil H., Hazel M. Foskey, Joseph H. and Blanche M. Jones; and his brother Darryl Craig Foskey.
He is survived by: his mother Dianna Sanders; his husband Harold of Liberty, SC; his sisters, Crystal Price (Burleigh) of Georgetown, DE and Lisa Toomey (Steve); and his sister-in-law Connie Foskey of Millsboro, DE.. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
