It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Phyllis Torrack (Georgetown, Delaware), who passed away on July 31, 2018, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Frank A. Torrack, Jr.; and her daughter Dorothy Zell. She is survived by: her daughters, Carol Rawson and Loraine Wood (Bill); her grandchildren, Ralph Estep Jr., Howard Johnson Jr., Renee Estep-Parkins and Jennifer Pulley; and her children, Peace Road and Mount Joy Road.
