She was predeceased by: her parent James R.; her husband Richard J. Doto; and her siblings, Jean Carroll and Ronald Kohlhaus. She is survived by: her parent Carolyn Kohlhaus (Sparenberg); her siblings, James Kohlhaus (Beverly) of Wye Mills, MD, Raymond Kohlhaus (Sandy) of Phoenix, AZ, William Kohlhaus (Shirley) of Baltimore, MD and Mary Ginder (Bill) of Maine; and her brother-in-law Timothy Carroll of Monck. She is also survived by three sisters-in-law, of Wilmington, with whom she was close, Marilyn J. Doto (William S. Montgomery), Michele J. Fanny Montgomery (J. Michael Montgomery), and Lori Doto; as well as numerous nieces, nephews.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions be made to Compassionate Care Hospice, 405 E. Marsh Lane, Suite 4, Newport, DE 19804 or CHEER Senior Services, 546 S. Bedford Street, Georgetown, DE 19947.
