She was predeceased by: her parent Woodrow Wilson Bensinger; her husband James Smith; her children, Ronald Ashby and Gregory Ashby; and her brother Robert James Bensinger.
She is survived by: her parent Mildred Bensinger (Gregory); her children, George Ashby of Lebanon, PA, Patricia Kelley of Myerstown, PA and Valarie Plump (Jonathan) of Ellendale, DE; her stepchildren, Vickie Underwood (Bob), Kimberly Hodgson, Donna Caldwell and Jay Smith (Amy); and her siblings, Claude Leroy Bensinger, Emma Mary Shultz, Chester David Bensinger and Donald Lee Bensinger. She is also survived by 23 grandchildren and 19 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions in Ann's name to AMVETS Post #22, 32369 Long Neck Rd. Unit 18, Millsboro, DE 1996.
