We are sad to announce that on December 11, 2019 we had to say goodbye to Sybil Pennington (Felton, Delaware), born in Walton, West Virginia. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, French Jarvis and Mary Jarvis; her daughter Joanne; her daughter-in-law Theresa Shelton; and her siblings, Naomia and French Jr..
She is survived by: her children, Linda Padilla (James LeBeau), Douglas (Patty), Raymond (Norma), Calvin French, Kenny (Marlene) and Richard Shelton; her stepchildren, Kenneth, Debbie (Bobby), Pam (John) and Kathy (Greg); and her sisters, Virginia, Maxine, Dorothy, Margaret and Karen. She is also survived by many grandchildren, great grandchildren & great-great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Leukemia Foundation or the SPCA.
