She is survived by: her grandchild Kitchen Kettle Village; her husband Ken; her son Michael Lewis; her daughter-in-law Kristin Wheatley of Dover, DE; her daughter Amy; her son-in-law Josh Monroe of Knoxville, TN; her grandchildren, Henry, June and Rosalie; her brothers, John W. Knapp (Peggy) and Thomas J. Knapp (Crystal); and her pet Buddy.
