He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Harriet Jope (Shaw); his children, Richard Jope Jr. (Christine O'Brien) and Jessica Schmitz (Joseph Schmitz); his grandchildren, Mikayla O'Brien of Henderson, MD, Liam Murphy of Henderson, MD, Richard Murphy of Henderson, MD, Joey Schmitz of Henderson, MD, Jace Schmitz of Henderson, MD, Emma Jope and Sarah Jope of Holbrook; and his siblings, Randy Jope, Freetown, Robert and Roger Jope.
