It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Leslie Thomas Riggin of Felton, Delaware, born in Lewes, Delaware, who passed away on December 6, 2020, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. Riggin (Cassandra Riggin) of Charlottesville, Virginia and Melanie K. Riggin (Richard van Dijk); his grandchildren, Connor D. Riggin of Charlottesville, Natasha van Dijk and Tony van Dijk of Amsterdam, Netherlands; and his siblings, Tommy Riggin (Carol) of Laurel, Marilyn Johnson of Laurel, Penny Tyndall of Bethel, Jean Tubbs (Jimmy) of Laurel and Elmer Riggin of Georgia.

“Today is Christmas and I just tried to call Les, only to find that his number was not in service and upon further investigation learned that he had died. So sorry to hear this news. Les and I were good friends for many years starting when I was a teenager and he was a beach boy in Dewey Beach. Later in life he drove for me when I owned Five Star Limousine, Inc. in Dover, Delaware. Please accept my deepest sympathy!”
