We are sad to announce that on November 5, 2019, at the age of 89, Leon Carlisle (Felton, Delaware) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, James Carlisle and Ethel Carlisle (Seward); and his daughter Connie Carlisle. He is survived by: his wife Doris; his son Leon P. Carlisle (Valerie); his granddaughter Kristen Mullaney (Tim); his great grandchildren, Rylan and McKenna; and his brothers, Ernest Carlisle (Dot) and Harold Carlisle (Diane).
