It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Janice Winkler (Felton, Delaware), born in Salisbury, Maryland, who passed away on April 13, 2020, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, James Norman Green and Katherine Layfield (Townsend); and her brother Jay Green. She is survived by: her husband David W. Winkler of Felton; her brother Enterprises; her children, Kim Shafer (Mark) of Clear Spring, MD., Vince Winkler (Julia) of Middletown, DE and Jodi Winkler Pries of Felton, DE.; her grandchildren, Blake Shafer (Paula), Heather Branch (Adam) and Frank Winkler; her great grandchild Colt Branch; her nephews, Brett Winkler and Steve Green; and her niece Jill Grey.
