She was predeceased by: her husband John E. Lacy; and her son Thomas G. Lacy. She is survived by: her daughter Kristin Bloom (John) of Ellendale; her granddaughter Stephanie Marsh of Dover; her great grandchildren, Kaidyn, Jaeda, Aniya, Gabriella and Carsen; her grandson Kevin Marsh (Jessy); her great grandchild Paxton; her grandchildren, Justin Bloom and Amber Carmichael; and her sisters-in-law, Carolyn Morley and Nancy Post.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions be made to Milford VFW Post #6483, 77 Veterans Circle, Milford, DE 19963.
