He was predeceased by: his parents, Willie Vernon Sylvester and Louise Sylvester of Missouri; and his brother Thomas Sylvester. He is survived by: his wife Theresa Lewis-Sylvester; his brothers, John R. Sylvester of Wilmington, DE and Artis Willie Sylvester of Wilmington, DE; his stepchildren, Cashana Lewis of Dover, DE. and Aaron Lewis (Emerald) of Seattle, Washington; his siblings-in-law, Coletta Morton and Eddie Lewis of Dover, DE; and his close friend Arnold Chambers. He is also survived by six grandchildren.
