She was predeceased by: her sister Vivian Johnson; her brother-in-law Jerry Johnson; her son-in-law Douglas Earls; her nieces, Diane and Theresa; and her granddaughters, Samantha and Amber.
She is survived by: her husband Kenneth D. Mullins of Felton; her daughters, Cynthia Joyce Bullock of Harrington and Sharon Mullins Earls of Winston Salem, NC; and her siblings, Gloria Jean Feist (Chip) of Baltimore, MD, Peggy Mullins (Beauford) of Woodford, VA, Barbara Tackett (Woodrow) of Pound, VA, Linda Kaye Sutherland and Beldon Fleming, Jr. (Debra) of Abingdon, VA. She is also survived by nine grandchildren and six great grandchildren.
