He is survived by: his wife Angela Lewandowski (Illiano); his children, Jessica Blankenship (Derek), Jordan Lewandowski (Alice) and Justin Lewandowski (Noel); his stepchildren, Celsi Illiano of Princeton, N. J. and Salvatore Illiano of Newark, DE; his brothers, Matthew and Richard Severance (Pamela); his nephews, Tyler Severance and Austin Severance; and his granddaughter Carina.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contribution may be made to the funeral home to assist with expenses.
