He is survived by: his partner Pat Lieske of Dover, DE; his son Kevin Turner (Karen) of Melbourne, Florida; his granddaughters, Gemma and Lena; his brothers, Kermit Turner (DC) and Mark Turner (NJ); and his cousin Annapolis, MD.
