He is survived by: his wife Wanda Lorraine Carney; his son Jared Carney of Dover; his cousins, Beth Osborne and Dee Ridgeway; and his close friend Andy Ridgeway. He is also survived by other cousins, in laws, and dear friends.
In lieu of flowers the family suggests contributions be made to The American Heart Association.
