He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Edwin and Helen Sando (Jones); his birth mother Ruth Helen Shaw; and his daughter Trisha Lynn Sando. He is survived by: his sisters, Sheila Ingel (Shaw), Gail Lauer (Shaw) and Tina Shaw; his children, William P Sando Jr. and Valerie L Southard; his son-in-law Peter Southard Jr.; and his grandchildren, Jacob Sando, Emily Sando, Megan Sando, Christopher Bennett, Jonathan Southard, Justin Southard, Lillian Southard and Elliott Southard.
