He was predeceased by: his parents, Roland Lee Kelly and Anna Rebecca Messick Kelly; and his siblings, William Kelly and Loretta Smith. He is survived by: his significant other Christine Kelly; his children, Kim Miles (Christopher) and Robert F. Kelly, Jr. (Polly Baker); his grandchildren, Jenna Marquez (Eddie), Brett Miles, Brittanie Kelly and Bradley Kelly; his goddaughter Amanda Mullins; and his sister Ellen Bromley. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Masks and social distancing will be required due to current COVID-19 restrictions.
