He is survived by: his wife Jo Ann Williams; his sons, Richard Williams, Jr. (Penny) and Michael Williams (Ginger); his granddaughter Sarah Williams; his great grandchild Kirra Burton; and his sisters-in-law, Jeanette Calloway, Peggy Hills (Jimmy), Linda Whitelock and Nancy Williams. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
