He is survived by: his wife Sherry Lynne Cook; his sons, Bryan Cook (Brook) and Kevin Cook (Beth); his grandchildren, Brandi Cook-Coleman, Brantly Cook, Gavin Cook and Kenady Cook; and his brother Mark Cook (Layla). He is also survived by his sisters-in-law and many nieces and nephews; and his beloved dog.
