She was predeceased by: her parents, Palmer Reeves and Mattie Patterson; her husband Lorenzo Ralph Banks; and her grandson Alfonso Terry, IV. She is survived by: her daughters, Lavely Twyman, Gilbertina Twyman and Darcella Wiggins; her grandchildren, Tevin J. Wiggins, Lukas Twyman, Theodore Thompson, Emanuel Twyman, Jeremiah Murray, Lorenzo Wiggins, Takoa Robinson and Tony Anderson; her siblings, Tyrone Patterson and Carmelita Davis; her close friend J. R. LeCates (Stacy); and her caregivers, Cheyenne Fleetwood, Joanne Niblett, Melissa Powell, ChristianaCare and Elizabeth Motyka. She is also survived by her dog "Inu," and several cats.
