Francis W. Hopkins Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Francis W. Hopkins (Delmar, Delaware), who passed away on September 3, 2020 at the age of 93. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, James W. Hopkins and Hilda Kennerly Hopkins; his wife Almeda Elzey Hopkins; his son James "Jimmy" Hopkins; and his siblings, Merle Hopkins and Janice Hopkins Beers.
He is survived by: his grandchildren, Tyler Hopkins (Rachael) of Delmar and Erin Davis (Matthew) of Millsboro; his great grandchildren, Morgan, Lydia, James, Adalyn and Lyla; his nephew Randy Beers (Shelli); his daughter-in-law Lisa Hopkins Jones (Art); his close friend Kay Burkindine; and also, Rose Jenkins (Steve), Sharon Sass (Don), Johnny Luffman (Cindy) and Julia Dailey.
Due to current COVID-19 restrictions, masks and social distancing will be required. Funeral services will be private.
