It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Elaine McNeill Carr (Delmar, Delaware), who passed away on June 30, 2019, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Lee Jordan McNeill and Thelma Harrison McNeill; her husband Norman Smith Carr; and her children, Debbie Bondurant (Russ), Terri Carr, Laura Ralph (Kevin) and Kendall Carr. She was also cherished by eight grandchildren; and nine great grandchildren.
