He is survived by: his mother Laurie Smith,; his stepfather Joseph Paul Smith, Sr.; his wife Alissa Jae Bollinger; his daughter Marleigh Addison Saia; his siblings, Kelli Bishop, Tony McLeod, Brittni Saia and Faith Saia (family: Dylin Eastridge, Christine Marie Gary, Ashley Rose Clifton, Joseph Paul Smith, Jr.); his grandparents, Gina Saia and Larry E. McLeod, Sr.; his uncle Larry E. McLeod, Jr.; and his close friend Rob Feltner (family: Cary Saylers, Daren Hiller).
