She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert J. Quillen and Frances Myrtle Quillen Hudson (Joseph); her stepfather Winamore Hudson; and her siblings, Thomas Quillen, Robert Quillen, Margaret Pusey and Cecile Quillen.
She is survived by: her children, Robert E. Spady Jr. of Nanticoke, MD, Fran A. Carey (Mitchell) of Delmar, Angela M. Boyer (George) of Delmar and Barbara L. Hine (Chad) of Lake Charles, LA; and her sisters, Beatrice Frisch of Salisbury and Rose Horner of Berlin. She is also survived by eight grandchildren.
Due to restrictions surrounding COVID 19, masks and social distancing will be mandatory and seating will be limited.
