He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward A. Clerval and Magelina Clerval; and his brother Dennis M. Clerval. He is survived by: his wife Patricia E. Clerval (Roten); his children, Edward R. Clerval (Dawn) of New Castle, Michael V. Clerval (Kari) of Clayton, Kenneth R. Pierson (Jodi) of Lincoln University, Pennsylvania, Shirley A. Baranowski (Rob) of New Castle, Kathy S. Pierson of Lancaster and Kristine A. Riley of Nottingham, Pennsylvania; and his siblings, David W. Clerval of Myrtle Beach, Jean Ann Pino (Ken) of Myrtle Beach and Sandy L. Anders (Dave) of Myrtle Beach. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren; and 5 great grandchildren.
