He was predeceased by: his parents, Gladys Elizabeth Cannon (Bradley) and William E. Cannon, Sr.; and his brother David Cannon. He is survived by: his wife Myrna L. Cannon; his son Marcus Cannon (Jacqueline); his grandchildren, Nathaniel, Joellea and Xavier; his daughter Dawn Aman (Dean); his grandchildren, Leighann, William, Lyric, Alexis, Dumon, Gabrielle and Desjire; his daughter Whitney Cannon; his grandchildren, Tavon, Alyssa, Dereona and Teniaha; his great grandchild Layden; and his brother Daniel Cannon, Sr..

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be sent to Compassionate Care Hospice, 20165 Office Circle, Georgetown, DE 19947.
