She was predeceased by: her son Timothy Crockett; her parents, David Passwaters Sr. and Doris Passwaters; her granddaughter Stacey Crockett; and her niece Dawn Passwaters.
She is survived by: her sons, Michael Crockett (Sandy) and Scott Crockett (Denise); and her brothers, David Passwaters Jr. (Judy), James Passwaters Sr. (Bonnie) and Frank Passwaters Sr. (Pam). She is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 9 great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
