He is survived by: his brother Bill Shockley; his daughters, Amy Elizabeth Adrion, Nicole Lynn Perkins Truitt, Anna Marie Adrion and Stephanie Lynn Adrion; and his grandchildren, Leilani, Xander, Austin, Evan, Autumn and Lillian.
