He is survived by: his significant other Barbara Rice; his children, Rosemarie Wanklin of Torrington, Kathy Stacy of Winsted, Billie-Jo Perry of Waterbury and Nicholas Burcalff; his grandchildren, Richard Pellett, Christopher Pellett, Erick Downs, Camren Downs, Mateo Downs, Romelo Downs, Caleb Wanklin, Aziah Dwan and Kiara Dwan; his great grandchild Hailey Pellett; and his siblings, Louie Perry, George Perry, Raymond Perry, Paul Perry and Margaret Perry.
