He is survived by: his parents, Craig Centrella and Pamela Centrella (Henry); his uncles, Gayle, Jim Falardeau of Gilmanton, NH, Noel, Kim Bodwell, Dawn, Marty Moore of Alton, NH, Claire O'Dell of Colebrook, CT, Jackie Centrella of Winsted, Randy and Barbara Centrella; his cousins, Kristen, Matthew, John, Ryan, Amy, Ian, Brittany, Zachery, Natalie and Nicholas; and his close friend Kylie.
