He was predeceased by: his parents, Maynard Jacobs and Ruth Jacobs (Cross); and his siblings, Reid Jacobs and Helen Carotunti. He is survived by: his wife Sandra Jacobs (Paupe); his children, Merri Marsh (Skip) of Winsted, Jim Jacobs (Liz), Patti Gano (Jay) of Colebrook, Charlene Jacobs (Tom Lavieri) of Winsted and Darlene Walberg (Bret); his grandchildren, Ryan Jacobs (Zareena), Kyle Jacobs, Bret, Jr., Dylan, Lyndze Walberg and Logan Walberg; his great grandchildren, Rozlyn and Austin Jacobs; and his sisters, Frances Corey of Winsted and Joyce Cartelli of Winsted. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
