She was predeceased by: her father-in-law Charles Fleischmann. She is survived by: her child Pat; her husband Dennis Fleischmann; her children, Laura Fleischmann McCay, Colleen Fleischmann White, Dennis Fleischmann and Kevin Fleischmann; her sons-in-law, Casey White and Matt McCay; her granddaughters, Ayla McCay and Emerson McCay; her sisters, Mary Leong and Maive Dale; her brother-in-law Alex Leong; her mother-in-law Audrey Fleischmann; and her siblings-in-law, Diane Harkins (Jack), Janice Richardson, Joanne Drielak (Steve) and Dick Fleischmann (Barbara). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.

Donations in honor of Pat's memory may be made to the Whittingham Cancer Center at Norwalk Hospital or the Norwalk Hospital ICU.
