He was predeceased by: his parents, James M. Mullins, Sr. and Shirley M. Mullins (Cramer) of West Hatfield, MA.; and his parents-in-law, Robert and Shirley Springer. He is survived by: his close friend Sue Mullins of West Suffield, CT; his stepchildren, Sherry DiSalvo (Russ DiSalvo) of Enfield, CT and Donnie Swider of Granby, CT; his siblings, James M. Mullins, Jr. (Linda) of Oro Valley, AZ, Charles "Gary" Mullins (Joan) of Turners Falls, MA and Cindy West (Kenneth) of Tucson, AZ; and his aunt Beverly Foster of Southampton, MA.. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and many amazing friends.
