It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mary Bernice Canty of Watertown, Connecticut, born in Waterbury, Connecticut, who passed away on January 25, 2021, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her spouse Girard Canty; her parents, Ernest Gauthier and Rose Gauthier (Stebbins); her brother Raymond Gauthier; and her daughter-in-law Mary C. Canty.
She is survived by: her son Michael Canty of Wallingford; and her grandchildren, Molly Canty and Michael Canty, Jr..
