“Lou was a kind neighbor to me when I was a single mom with two children living on Knowlton Street in Watertown. Lou would trim the hemlock trees between our two properties and always had Halloween candy and welcomed my children. We enjoyed hearing his stories of serving our country and his dedication to his wife touched our hearts. I remember his fish pond and how he tended the flowers because she loved them so much. I will never forget how Lou helped us. I still hear his voice in my head. Pam”
