Lillian A. Cyr Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Lillian A. Cyr (Watertown, Connecticut), who passed away on May 8, 2020 at the age of 95. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her spouse Gilman Cyr; her sons, Vincent and Robert; and her siblings, Denaige Trembley (Gerard), Lucien (Madeline), Ronald (Theresa), Andrew (Lucille) and Gerard (Ethel).
She is survived by: her children, Claudette Genova (John) of Waterbury, Michelle McLaughlin Ziehl (Joe) of Woodbury, Gilman Cyr (Sarah) of Hamden, Ann Shimkevich of Florida and Kim Caron (Randall) of Utah; and her brother Leo (Marilyn) of Vermont. She is also survived by her husband, sons and sons-in-law.
Due to the current COVID-19 restrictions, a Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. John the Evangelist Church followed by burial of ashes in Mount Olivet Cemetery at a date and time to be announced.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Lillian's name to St. John the Evangelist Church, 21 Academy Hill Road, Watertown, CT 06795.
