It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Celia J. Santos (Watertown, Connecticut), who passed away on May 17, 2020, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Teodoro Josef and Consolacion Josef (Samson); and her siblings, Severina Josef Angeles and Dr. Avelino Josef. She is survived by: her husband Rudy J. Santos; her children, Michael Santos (Xylee) of Middlebury, Paolo Santos of Watertown and Kristina Santos of Watertown; her siblings, Delfin S. Josef (Amelia Roxas) of Philippines, Juanito Josef (Mirasol) of Middlebury, Teofila J. Balagtas of Monroe, Soledad S. Josef of Jersey City, NJ, Romeo S. Josef (Sabrina) of Middlebury, Efren S. Josef and Crispin S. Josef; her nephew Ethan Josef of Hamden; and her grandchildren, Samantha Santos and Xian Santos. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
