He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, John Anthony Zappone and Catherine (Giagiacomo); his siblings, Mary, Alice, Gertrude, Joe and Cathy; his children, Marialta (Carlo), Cynthia, John (Mary), Mark (Luci), Bill (Natalie) and Steve (Stephanie); his stepsons, Scott (Michelle), Jay and Gary (Vic); his great grandchildren, Katie, Stephanie, Noah, Esther, Abraham, Frances, Anna, Sarah, Eric, Alec, Natalia, Anthony, Leah, Avery, Ryan, Aaron, Genevieve, Tyler and Leo; his wife Mary; and his sister Theresa.
